IT Specialist

About the role

HEDSouth is looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps its office, field and leadership teams running smoothly and securely. The position is full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with occasional after-hours support for urgent outages) and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the network: design, deploy and support it
• Document all systems, accounts, licenses and configurations
• Provide first and last line support for internal and client outages
• Administer Microsoft 365: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Teams
• Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems administration or network administration
• Steady work history (about 3 years between jobs)
• Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients
• Luxury or high net worth client experience is a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration
• Networking and endpoint management on Windows and macOS

What we offer

• Salary of $80,000-$90,000 per year
