Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Moser Consulting seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to partner with clients on high‑value data, analytics and AI initiatives. You will translate business vision into actionable backlogs and guide delivery teams to create impactful solutions across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders and executives to define goals, challenges and opportunities, and lead conversations that inspire new data‑driven possibilities.
• Define, prioritize and maintain outcome‑driven delivery backlogs across multiple clients, ensuring work aligns with business value and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technical leads and delivery teams to translate opportunities into execution, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships with client leaders, communicate progress and insights, and drive adoption and change management.

Required profile

• 5+ years in analytics, data strategy, software development, BI or AI solution delivery, preferably in a consulting or client‑facing role.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and executives to shape analytics initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, discovery and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Willingness to reside near Indianapolis or travel quarterly for client visits.
