Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Moser Consulting is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and optimize infrastructure and software delivery solutions for its clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and help clients adopt modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex deployment issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and support client adoption of DevOps tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and work in client‑facing consulting environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Azure (architecture, monitoring, security, cost optimization).
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Bamboo, and related automation platforms.
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, JFrog Artifactory/Xray, Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and privileged access tools (Delinea/Thycotic).
• Familiarity with Agile/Sprint delivery, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and enterprise DevOps tooling (SonarQube, Nexus, Splunk).
