Technical Consultant – Strategic Oracle Cloud

About the role

Technical Consultants at Ramp work on the frontlines with strategic enterprise customers, acting as the bridge between customers and internal technical teams. You will design and implement financial solutions that integrate Ramp with Oracle Fusion Cloud for complex, multi‑entity organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consultant for strategic enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting multi‑entity, multi‑ERP, and global financial environments.
• Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to accelerate time‑to‑value and ensure customer success.
• Participate in technical discovery, recommend optimal Ramp architecture, and troubleshoot integration blockers.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation in a SaaS/fintech environment.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules and enterprise deployment models.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, multi‑org structures).
• API integration, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Technical discovery and solution design for complex ERP environments.
• Problem‑solving of technical hurdles and configuration decisions.
