Technical Consultant – Enterprise Oracle Cloud

About the role

Ramp is looking for a Technical Consultant to work with enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will act as the technical liaison between customers and Ramp’s internal teams, ensuring successful integration and scaling of financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts using Oracle Cloud, supporting complex multi‑entity and global financial environments.
• Partner with Customer Activation, Account Management, and Post‑Sales teams to design and implement scalable Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Conduct technical discovery, troubleshoot integration blockers, and guide customers through configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and influence Ramp’s product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation in a SaaS/fintech environment.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules and enterprise deployments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, multi‑org structures).
• API integration and system architecture.
• Integration logic and configuration of ERP systems.
