Technical Consultant – Enterprise Microsoft Dynamics F&O

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to work with enterprise customers running Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O). The consultant will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, designing and implementing financial solutions that integrate Ramp’s platform with complex ERP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts using Microsoft Dynamics F&O, supporting multi‑entity and global financial environments.
• Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions involving F&O, HRIS, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to accelerate time‑to‑value and ensure customer success.
• Conduct technical discovery, troubleshoot integration blockers, and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling to scale support for F&O integrations.
• Influence product roadmap by communicating customer pain points to Product and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financial modules and enterprise deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for finance and operations stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) – configuration, integration patterns, multi‑entity deployment.
• API integration and system architecture.
• Accounting workflows: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, multi‑org structures.
• Experience with HRIS integrations and enterprise‑scale SaaS environments.
