Technical Account Manager I

About the role

The Technical Account Manager I will own end‑to‑end execution of unmanned forklift projects, acting as the primary technical liaison between Bear Robotics’ Korea engineering team and North‑American field teams. The role is delivery‑focused, covering the full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including kickoff, on‑site setup, commissioning, final inspection and reporting for unmanned forklift deployments.
• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures, project plans and timelines based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, ODM partners, internal development, sales teams and customers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Provide on‑site or remote deployment support, including extended assignments of 2+ months in various U.S. states or neighboring countries.

Required profile

• 2+ years of project management experience in system integration, logistics or manufacturing automation.
• Proven experience delivering projects with unmanned forklifts, AMR or AGV technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for long‑term on‑site assignments.

Required skills

• Integration of PLC, WMS and MES systems.
• Understanding of SLAM, navigation, LiDAR and 2D/3D vision sensors.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings.
• Project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification).
