Team Member - Customer Service Representative

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Team Member) for its store in Scio, Ohio. You will work in a fast-paced, fun environment, moving around the store inside and out to keep high standards of appearance and give customers fast, friendly service. Shift availability is flexible, including days, evenings, overnight and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register and act as cashier
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program
• Move around the store to help maintain store appearance and serve customers quickly and kindly
• Provide regular, predictable onsite attendance

Required profile

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours, lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, occasionally lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull up to 20 pounds, bend and twist, and grasp and manipulate objects with hands
