Lead Team Member - Customer Service Representative

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative for its store in Scio, Ohio. The position offers flexible schedules (days, evenings, overnight and weekends) and combines customer service with entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register and act as cashier, making purchase suggestions and occasionally working with the food program.
• Maintain high store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service across the store, inside and out.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis and supervise entry-level employees.

Required profile

• Retail and customer service experience, and sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours, lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds to waist level.
• Good hand-eye coordination, including climbing ladders to store and retrieve materials or move signs.
