Team Lead - Foreclosure & Default Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage daily workflow and support performance within our Foreclosure & Default Operations team. You will guide, train, and assist team members while ensuring strict compliance with client, investor, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily team workflow to meet strict deadlines.
• Conduct quality reviews and spot checks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions, escalations, and coaching.
• Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and implementation of new procedures.
• Support internal audits, client reporting, scorecard rebuttals, and departmental projects.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to leadership.
• Maintain a small portfolio of files and provide direct production support during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditor rights, mortgage servicing, or related legal operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior specialist role is preferred.
• Background in foreclosure law firms, bankruptcy operations, or mortgage default servicing.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, coach team members, and analyze performance metrics.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal case management platforms such as Perfect Practice.
