Join PwC’s Tax practice as a Summer 2028 Tax Intern in Cleveland. You will work alongside experienced tax professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to corporate tax compliance, international tax planning, and data‑driven tax optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to help optimize client tax positions.
• Participate in international tax planning and multistate compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research and contribute to innovative consulting solutions.
• Help develop tax models and structures for client engagements.
• Support the preparation of tax provisions and audit documentation.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques to identify tax‑efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and research abilities in tax matters.
• Basic understanding of corporate tax compliance processes.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics concepts.
