Manager – General Corporate Real Estate Consultant (Financial Markets & Real Estate)

About the role

As a Manager in Financial Markets & Real Estate, you will work with clients to optimise financial performance, improve decision‑making and achieve strategic financial goals. You will analyse client needs, design tailored financial solutions and provide strategic guidance within PwC’s Finance Consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and develop customised financial solutions.
• Lead project teams in strategic planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Guide clients on financial management, strategy and performance optimisation.
• Utilise financial modelling and economic forecasting to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor financial trends and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, leveraging individual strengths and managing performance.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including compliance with accounting regulations.
• Promote innovation and the use of technology to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• One of the following certifications or qualifications: CPA, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or a Master’s in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; or a State‑licensed Appraiser, MAI, ASA, CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP.
