Senior Manager – International Tax Services

About the role

As a Senior Manager in International Tax Services, you will advise multinational clients on structuring their global tax positions. You will develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with evolving international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead international tax advisory projects and guide clients on global tax structuring.
• Analyse complex cross‑border tax laws to create efficient, risk‑aware solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes, incorporate feedback, and enhance service delivery.
• Direct and coach multidisciplinary teams through ambiguous and challenging tax scenarios.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying issues and identify new opportunities in tax planning and compliance.
• Communicate clear, impactful messages that convey a holistic tax story to stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards, including tax and audit guidance and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in international tax.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, Bar membership, or other recognised tax/finance credential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, inclusive teams and make sound decisions under pressure.
