Talent Specialist (Legal)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Specialist (Legal) in Washington DC. You will manage the full hiring process for legal talent, from sourcing and advertising to interviewing, assessment and candidate follow-up, while building the firm's presence in the local marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract-to-full-time hiring: devise search strategies, draft and place advertisements, evaluate resumes, coordinate telephone, video and in-office interviews, and write job postings.
• Conduct all interviews, set up and evaluate assessments, and offer coaching and feedback to candidates.
• Build Robert Half's presence in the local market through networking organizations, face-to-face events and online networking.
• Work with teammates to meet weekly business growth goals and provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
• Track candidates working for competitors and keep applications accurate in the internal applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Legal skills and working knowledge of legal functions.
• 0+ years of experience, non-managerial.
• College or university degree not required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

What we offer

• Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, negotiable depending on experience and location, with a possible bonus for meeting performance objectives.
