Branch Director (Marketing & Creative) - Washington DC

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Branch Director (Marketing & Creative) in Washington DC. As Branch Director you will oversee several practice directors and/or act as Practice Director for one practice group, motivate and direct all branch employees, drive incremental branch revenue growth in line with Robert Half targets, lead marketing activities and supervise the administrative functions of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive branch growth through revenue-generating activities across multiple practice groups and meet productivity standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain staff, build a high-performing team and identify high-potential performers.
• Achieve revenue, margin and operating income goals, understand financial business trends and run the branch's budget.
• Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, motivate and lead by example, and manage change.
• Develop and execute a customer retention and expansion strategy, monitor service quality and provide mentoring and coaching to staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred.
• More than 2 years of management or equivalent experience.
• More than 2 years of Talent Manager experience.
• Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles.
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development.

Required skills

• Experience developing and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

What we offer

• Typical salary range of $99,000 to $120,000, negotiable, with a performance-based bonus.
