Talent Sourcer / SWAT Recruiter

About the role

ENFRA is seeking a Talent Sourcer / SWAT Recruiter to build and maintain forward‑looking talent pipelines while rapidly filling high‑priority, hard‑to‑fill positions. The role blends proactive sourcing with agile execution, ensuring the organization is always prepared for hiring spikes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, nurture, and continuously update pipelines for critical and future‑state roles across the company.
• Identify and engage candidates using Boolean searches, X‑ray searches, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed and other professional networks.
• Conduct research on talent data and analytics, providing insights to hiring teams.
• Partner with Corporate Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Support sourcing, interview scheduling, offer preparation and other recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain a sourcing database and communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.
• Rapidly deploy to high‑urgency, executive‑visible or hard‑to‑fill requisitions and own full‑cycle recruiting for SWAT roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and pipeline development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, recruiters and business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, high‑urgency recruiting environments.
