About the role

The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter is a specialized HR professional responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts to support ABA therapy services. This remote position works closely with clinical leadership to manage the full LBA lifecycle, from credentialing to Medicaid enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County and manage job postings on professional platforms.
• Guide BCBAs through the LBA licensure process, coordinate Medicaid provider enrollment, and maintain credentialing records.
• Administer HRIS data for new hires, track licensing and renewal dates, and generate compliance reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, credentialing, or provider enrollment experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and Medicaid enrollment processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho) and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities to handle multiple credentialing timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for outreach to clinical professionals.
