Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter

About the role

The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter is a specialized HR professional responsible for sourcing, hiring, and credentialing Licensed Behavior Analysts to support ABA therapy services in New York. Reporting to the HR Director, the role manages the full LBA lifecycle, including Medicaid partnership facilitation and ongoing accreditation maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified LBAs across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Guide BCBAs through the LBA licensure process and coordinate organizational support for accreditation.
• Facilitate Medicaid provider enrollment for new LBAs and track enrollment status in the HRIS.
• Maintain a master tracking system for license expirations, Medicaid revalidations, and continuing education requirements.
• Enter and update LBA information in the HRIS, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations, preferably in behavioral health.
• Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and Medicaid enrollment processes.

Required skills

• HRIS administration (experience with Zoho or similar platforms).
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
