Talent Management Consultant

About the role

The Talent Management Consultant partners with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and stakeholders to advance Ochsner's talent strategy. The role supports programs such as employee and physician engagement, performance management, onboarding, workforce planning, inclusion, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders and facilitate dynamic programs including new‑hire orientations, leader assimilations, and workforce development trainings.
• Manage tools and activities around onboarding, conduct talent needs assessments, and create curricula that support key talent initiatives.
• Develop and deliver assessments, evaluations, coaching, 360‑degree feedback, and mentoring to measure program success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Training & Development or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in adult training, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related areas.
• Experience supporting programs in a complex, multi‑site, matrix environment.

Required skills

• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude with Windows‑style applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent instructional design, facilitation, and program development skills.
