Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high‑volume hiring initiatives. The role is remote within the EST core hours and focuses on identifying, engaging, and pre‑screening top talent across technical and non‑technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, and other platforms.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial outreach, phone screenings, and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and support recruiting events, campaigns, and career fairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, and supply‑chain roles.
• Ability to source candidates requiring security clearances.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
