Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Dyno Nobel is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead sourcing and selection efforts across Canada and the Great Lakes region of the United States. The role focuses on attracting top talent, ensuring a fair hiring process, and supporting business units throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define requisitions, approve postings, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
• Maintain relationships with external talent sources and promote Dyno Nobel as an employer of choice.
• Provide coaching on selection techniques, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment administration, including ATS updates, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
