About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Salt Lake City team. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, development and performance through strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, creativity, development and performance.
• Implement programs that support redeployment, retention, skill improvement and effective communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services that meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law and contract language.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented, hardworking with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.
