Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment of diverse talent across its construction and infrastructure businesses. The role works closely with HR Business Partners and local leadership to design and execute short‑ and long‑term hiring strategies in defined markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from identifying hiring needs to presenting qualified candidates.
• Source, pre‑screen, interview and assess candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives by proactively seeking diverse talent pools.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience working with an ATS, preferably iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 2+ years recruiting for an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong collaborative work style, service orientation and excellent communication skills.
