Senior Implementation Consultant – Benefits (On‑Site)

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex benefits implementations for new clients. You will act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely transition to Vensure’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end benefit implementation projects, from initiation to go‑live.
• Serve as the main benefits liaison for clients, handling questions, expectations, and issue resolution.
• Configure benefit plans, set up system parameters, define eligibility rules, and manage carrier connections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, Integrations and other internal teams to align project deliverables.
• Perform data review and quality‑control checks to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior Benefit Implementation Consultants and share best practices.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and enhance implementation tools and templates.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in benefits administration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑complexity projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated mentorship or leadership experience.
