About the role

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a full‑cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment for a portfolio of niche, highly technical positions. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers, Strategic People Partners, and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver top talent for mission‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and engineering roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other talent databases.
• Provide market intelligence, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions as a true talent advisor.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with hiring managers, compensation teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Maintain disciplined desk management in Workday, ensuring data integrity and timely activity.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the organization’s mission and culture.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, and sourcing effectiveness, using data to refine approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to source candidates who hold or are eligible for U.S. government security clearances.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
