Talent Acquisition Partner, Go To Market

About the role

Reindeer‑AI is building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. We are hiring our first dedicated Go‑to‑Market Talent Acquisition Partner to build the US revenue organization from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle GTM recruiting for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and manage the ATS (Ashby), pipelines, scorecards, and reporting metrics to ensure fast, repeatable hiring.
• Partner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements, interview loops, and compensation benchmarks.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, and personal networks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM/revenue roles at a startup or high‑growth tech company.
• In‑house recruiting background (not agency‑only) with a proven track record of closing competitive candidates.
• Strong network in the US/New York GTM market and deep understanding of local compensation trends.
