Talent Acquisition Partner - AI Technology

About the role

G42 Americas, a global artificial intelligence and technology group headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Bellevue office. The role partners with leaders to identify, engage and hire talent across technology and non-technology roles, mainly in finance, operations, marketing, systems engineering, AI science and agent-native development. It requires comfort working globally across the US, Middle East, UK and Europe as the organization scales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to turn workforce strategy into actionable talent acquisition plans, and advise hiring leaders on talent availability, timelines, compensation trends and location considerations.
• Design and run end-to-end hiring strategies, including scalable plans for complex functions and leadership talent pools.
• Analyze market trends, talent supply and hiring data to build data-driven workforce plans and recommendations.
• Position the organization as an employer of choice, develop attraction strategies and share sourcing best practices and success stories.
• Deliver a tailored candidate experience, especially for critical and executive-level searches, and act as the main ambassador for the organization during recruitment.
• Improve recruitment processes, ensure compliance with employment, privacy and data protection standards, keep accurate candidate records and use recruiting analytics to measure hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of talent acquisition, HR or related industry experience, OR a master's degree and 8+ years of such experience, OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of AI recruiting and sourcing experience.

• U.S. base salary range of $100,000-$150,000, with bonus and benefits on top.
