High-Volume Recruiter - Hospitality Frontline Hiring

About the role

A leading U.S.-based provider of outsourced housekeeping, cleaning and facility services, serving more than 1,000 clients across hotels, resorts and other hospitality businesses, is looking for an experienced High-Volume Recruiter. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment for frontline and hourly positions such as housekeepers, laundry attendants, janitorial staff and facilities personnel across several U.S. locations. Candidates must meet recruitment targets of about 50 to 60 hires per month.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications in Workday and identify candidates for initial screening.
• Conduct high-volume, structured phone screenings in English for frontline and hourly positions.
• Evaluate candidates on experience, qualifications, availability, schedule flexibility and job requirements.
• Coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers and site teams for interviews and next steps.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams and document screening results and progress in Workday.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels, and build pipelines for seasonal hiring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and timelines, and monitor performance metrics such as screening volume, conversion and time-to-fill.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments, mainly for frontline, hourly or operational positions.
• Advanced or fluent English, able to screen by phone and communicate with U.S. stakeholders.
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities management or janitorial services is highly preferred.
• Ability to handle many open positions at once and to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
