Remote HR & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

A Human Resources team is seeking a reliable, patient and customer-service-oriented Remote HR & Technical Support Specialist. This is a primarily phone-based, full-time (40 hours per week) position based in the United States (EST, New York business hours) that supports caregivers with HR questions and provides technical support for the HHAeX+ mobile application. It is a long-term opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and help caregivers with general HR questions and concerns.
• Provide HHAeX+ app support, including registration, login issues, activation codes and troubleshooting.
• Help with clock-in/clock-out issues and application navigation.
• Route inquiries to the right department and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Maintain accurate notes of caregiver interactions and handle basic HR administrative and occasional compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Previous call center, customer service or HR experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. EST business hours, able to undergo a background check, and interested in long-term opportunities.
• Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, high-speed internet and a backup power source for outages.
