About the role

Invesco is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and transform its hiring strategy. The role will act as a trusted advisor, driving proactive sourcing and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Shift hiring from reactive, requisition‑based to proactive, strategic talent acquisition using workforce insights and market intelligence.
• Interpret market trends to anticipate business demands and create location‑ and skill‑based operational plans.
• Ensure operational rigor, process hygiene, and data integrity for a disciplined recruiting function.
• Design scalable hiring approaches that maintain quality while increasing velocity.
• Maintain fluency with advanced recruiting technologies and AI tools to optimize the talent engine.
• Partner with business leaders to translate talent strategy into measurable business impact.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on client service and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain forward‑looking talent pipelines to support both immediate and long‑term workforce planning.
• Design and execute comprehensive, scalable search strategies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to recruiting teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Change‑leadership capability to challenge assumptions and drive transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
