About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads full‑cycle recruitment for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high‑quality talent that meets LVUSM standards and operational needs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role works closely with operations leadership to develop sourcing strategies, workforce plans and maintains a strong talent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing to align with production demand.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume roles.
- Maintain presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and engage hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure recruitment, hiring and onboarding practices comply with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, providing consistent and timely communication.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity and offer acceptance rates.
- Analyze recruitment data and workforce trends to advise leadership on staffing strategies and recruiting effectiveness.
- Support onboarding coordination with HR Business Partner, Training Team and Operations for smooth new‑hire integration.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment visibility on LinkedIn and external talent platforms.
Required profile
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with diverse candidates and employees.
- Strong collaboration skills with operational leadership and hiring managers.
- Hands‑on approach to recruiting with ability to operate with urgency and precision in a high‑volume hiring environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and workforce planning needs.
- Commitment to compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and company policies.
