Talent Acquisition Lead – Build AI & Cybersecurity Team

About the role

Method Security is seeking its first Talent hire to lead the full‑cycle recruitment effort for a fast‑growing AI‑driven cybersecurity startup. You will partner directly with co‑founders and hiring managers to attract top talent across technical and business functions, shaping the company’s culture and growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to closing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines for technical and business roles.
• Collaborate with co‑founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and uphold a high hiring bar.
• Design and deliver a fast, rigorous, and compelling candidate experience.
• Develop scalable recruiting systems while staying hands‑on for critical searches.
• Identify and resolve hiring obstacles proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting or a role demanding strong talent judgment and persuasion.
• High agency, urgency, sound judgment, and follow‑through.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resourceful, organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Willingness to execute every part of the recruiting process personally.
• Motivation aligned with Method’s mission in AI, cybersecurity, and national security.
