About the role

A Financial Services firm in New York, advertised through North Bridge Staffing Group, is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator. The role covers the recruitment process from start to finish in a fast-paced environment, with four days onsite.

Key responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling and logistics
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Partner with recruiters on pipeline management, requisition tracking and reporting
  • Keep ATS data accurate and generate recruiting metrics
  • Support offer preparation, background checks and onboarding handoffs
  • Spot process gaps and help improve the talent acquisition function

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience; financial services exposure is a plus
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional and proactive, anticipating needs rather than waiting to be directed

What we offer

  • Pay of $90K plus overtime and a $10K bonus
  • Four days onsite
