About the role
Join Avidyne as a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to work on real avionics systems, contributing to FAA certification and aircraft-level integration across Part 23, 25, and 27 platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Execute integration tasks, develop requirements, and produce interface definitions and test inputs.
- Prepare and run system verification and validation, including test setup, data collection, and reporting.
- Support FAA certification by preparing compliance evidence and coordinating with suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in systems, computer, aerospace or related engineering (Master’s acceptable with less experience).
- 2+ years of industry experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and test engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Systems engineering and requirements development.
- Test engineering principles and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ARP-4754/4761, DO-178C, DO-254, and FAA certification processes.
