Systems Administrator (Hybrid – Greenwood Village)

About the role

GrowGeneration, the nation’s largest specialty hydroponic and organic garden center supplier, is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its IT infrastructure. This hybrid position combines on‑site work at the Greenwood Village office with remote days, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable systems for both commercial and home growers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate in a ticket‑based IT environment, handling incidents, service requests, changes, and projects.
• Maintain and administer Windows and Linux servers, as well as other operating systems.
• Manage endpoints, infrastructure software, and authentication mechanisms.
• Monitor and report on system performance, security, and compliance.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams for escalation and status communication.
• Maintain asset inventories and assist with procurement of new services.
• Participate in initiatives to improve cybersecurity, project management, and AI‑related operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Windows and Linux server environments.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with three on‑site days per week.
• Willingness to provide after‑hours and off‑hours support as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
