Supply Chain Planner – Finished Goods (Hybrid, Houston)

About the role

Join BASF's Performance Materials division in Houston as a Supply Chain Planner (PMU). You will be responsible for finished‑goods production scheduling, ensuring that customer demand aligns with plant capacity and inventory health while supporting key supply‑chain processes in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans that balance customer demand, plant capacity, and inventory targets.
• Execute finished‑goods scheduling in SAP for Made‑to‑Stock and Made‑to‑Order models.
• Review, create, and modify customer orders in SAP and coordinate order fulfillment with 3PL, in‑house shipping, and customer service.
• Manage non‑conforming inventory disposition and collaborate with operations to minimize waste.
• Support automation initiatives within site production processes.
• Provide backup support for the Raw Material Planner and contribute to site projects.
