Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, and distribution activities across its Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. The role ensures seamless material flow from customer demand through procurement, warehousing, and delivery, supporting the division’s mission to deliver innovative aerospace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics, distribution, purchasing, planning, and materials flow teams to optimize end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
• Drive the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to align demand, inventory strategy, capacity, and distribution resources.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control operations, ensuring on‑time delivery and service excellence.
• Provide matrix leadership across planning, operations, customer service, and distribution functions.
• Implement corporate supply‑chain initiatives to improve cost efficiency, standardization, and network alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain functions in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across matrixed teams.
