Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Embrava is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for its hardware products. In this hybrid New York role you will work closely with operations, finance, product and global manufacturing partners to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, suppliers and third‑party logistics providers across multiple regions.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to balance inventory against sales projections and lead times.
• Optimize procurement processes, negotiate contracts and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, customs and freight management.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses and fulfillment centres to minimise stockouts and excess.
• Track and report on supply‑chain metrics such as on‑time delivery, cost per unit and inventory turnover.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks, developing contingency plans for disruptions.
• Partner with finance on landed‑cost analysis, budgeting and inventory accounting.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across sourcing, fulfillment and distribution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of supply‑chain or operations experience, preferably in consumer hardware or electronics.
• Proven track record managing supplier and manufacturing relationships, including overseas partners.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management and logistics.
• Experience with international shipping, customs and freight forwarding.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
