Logistics Coordinator – Midtown Manhattan

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our fast‑growing consumer‑products import company in Midtown Manhattan. The role will manage sales order entry, oversee POE and FOB China direct orders, and ensure shipments meet retailer compliance requirements on time.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage sales orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
• Track production timelines, shipment milestones, and delivery windows for POE and FOB China direct orders.
• Route orders using retailer routing guides and portals, guaranteeing on‑time, compliant shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouses and carriers to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Support Logistics team members with documentation, order management, and daily operations.
• Identify and flag delays or discrepancies early and drive resolutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import operations, preferably handling POE or FOB China orders.
• Familiarity with sales order entry and retailer routing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team‑first attitude and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (experience a plus).
• Knowledge of EDI or retailer portal routing.
