Senior Logistics & Operations Associate

About the role

Starface is looking for a Senior Logistics & Operations Associate to own key workstreams across outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and distribution‑center management. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Logistics, you will ensure products move efficiently from third‑party warehouses to customers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution‑center partners, focusing on outbound shipping to retailers.
• Guarantee on‑time order fulfillment for assigned retail partners and sales channels.
• Partner with Finance to maintain compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, and transportation costs.
• Travel twice a year to conduct physical inventory counts at distribution centers.
• Maintain and evolve SOPs, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and other operational documentation.
• Develop and implement best‑practice tools and processes for outbound logistics.
• Analyze operational data to track performance, retailer chargebacks, and claims.
• Drive continuous improvements in 3PL warehouse fulfillment to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system updates and provide backup support for inbound logistics when needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment within the CPG industry, preferably with e‑commerce exposure.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to dig into root causes, build relationships with internal and external partners, and continuously improve processes.
