Supply Chain Administrator – Logistics & Finance

About the role

Carhartt WIP is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Administrator to manage inbound and outbound logistics for its U.S. operations. Based in New York, the role bridges the Finance and Logistics teams, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, freight costing, and smooth movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with global hubs, freight forwarders, 3PL partners and warehouse teams.
• Monitor freight forwarder portals, maintain shipment calendars and track delivery performance.
• Prepare seasonal receiving reports, goods‑in‑transit reports and keep the stock ledger accurate.
• Review and process freight, import, warehousing and carrier invoices, maintaining cost logs and supporting documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Finance for inventory tracking and 3‑way match protocols.
• Work with customs brokers to support import clearance and maintain HTS code records.
• Conduct routine ERP audits to resolve negative inventory, posting errors and transfer discrepancies.
• Manage ERP transfer orders and inventory fulfillment across retail, e‑commerce, wholesale and warehouse channels.
• Maintain quarterly inventory forecasts for 3PL partners and support fulfillment performance.
• Oversee multi‑office UPS accounts and related shipping records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with 3PL partners, international freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Familiarity with importing goods into the United States.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables and macros.
• Proficiency with finance‑related terminology and processes.
