Supervisor de Obras Civiles – Santa Cruz

About the role

An important national industrial company is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Civil Works Supervisor to ensure the excellent condition of its building structures. You will lead infrastructure projects, guarantee construction schedules, optimise budgets and uphold the highest quality and safety standards across the company’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise the execution of civil works within the company’s premises.
• Monitor construction timelines and progress to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Evaluate, compare and manage quotations from suppliers and contractors to optimise project costs.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to prevent construction activities from disrupting industrial operations.
• Ensure all constructions and modifications comply with current technical and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered and authorized by the College of Architects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising civil works, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge and application of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
