Collaborative Delivery Director

About the role

PC Construction seeks a dynamic Collaborative Delivery Director to lead pre‑construction for large, complex water and wastewater projects. The role coordinates engineering design, estimating, operations and purchasing to deliver efficient, successful design‑build and CMAR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation of pre‑construction proposals, fees, and bill rates, and manage design‑build and CMAR project lifecycles.
• Coordinate and manage engineering design subcontractors, schedule, budget, and delivery of design deliverables.
• Facilitate value engineering, MOPO, HAZOP, risk workshops and present outcomes to owners.
• Oversee pre‑construction pricing, descoping, and support purchasing and operations during buyout.
• Mentor and manage estimators and pre‑construction teams, acting as primary contact for owners and their representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least ten years of experience in engineering design development for water/wastewater facilities.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• DBIA certification and background in design, operations, estimating and business development preferred.

Required skills

• Engineering design development for water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience with value engineering, MOPO, HAZOP and risk analysis workshops.
• Proficiency in managing design‑build and CMAR project delivery processes.
