About the role

PC Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large CMAR water and wastewater construction contracts in Central Florida. The role involves overseeing bid packages, subcontract coordination, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble and distribute bid packages, contact vendors, and obtain pricing information.
  • Review subcontractor and vendor quotes for scope, price, and schedule compliance.
  • Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and related documents in CMiC.
  • Generate and process RFIs, maintain contract document logs, and manage bid package addenda.
  • Review design drawings and specifications, identify potential issues, and expedite submittals.
  • Update project schedules, verify material deliveries, and submit budget changes.

Required profile

  • Engineering degree.
  • Minimum five years of experience in wastewater treatment plant construction.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CMiC construction management software.
