Summer 2027 Project Management Internship

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 Project Management internship in Irvine, California, with onsite work flexibility. The intern supports New Product Development (NPD) teams and the Project Management Office (PMO) through NPD governance and portfolio execution, working closely with program, project and portfolio managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support NPD teams and the PMO with NPD governance and portfolio execution.
• Assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis and portfolio trend reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with program, project and portfolio managers to improve tools, workflows and speed to execution.
• Document complex processes and present them clearly.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, etc.) and must stay enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future.
• Target majors: Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and relationship-building.
• Leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour.
