Associate Analyst, Development

About the role

Taco Bell's Development team in Irvine, CA is looking for an Associate Analyst to support the Development function. The role maintains accurate project, store, approved-entity and opening-date information across core systems and operational workflows, and reports to the Sr Manager, Development. It is an opportunity to build deep system expertise and become a go-to resource for Development data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project, store, approved-entity and opening-date information in FIRM, Bell Point, Smartsheet and related Development systems.
• Process US-based registrations and keep registration records complete and accurate.
• Administer US-based franchise agreements, related documentation and franchise invoicing workflows.
• Process US-based Site Notification letters and associated Development updates.
• Monitor FIRM workflows for missing tasks, incomplete processes and data discrepancies, coordinating corrections.
• Run and validate reports, organize supporting information and share status updates with stakeholders.
• Support US-based Development operations and other assigned portfolio coverage, and assist with KLI and other platform testing.
• Create and maintain process documentation and support onboarding, training and knowledge sharing.
• Partner on cross-functional projects and recommend improvements that reduce manual work and improve data consistency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in development operations, business administration, data management, project coordination or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows.
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, document findings and follow through to resolution.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Experience with restaurant development systems, workflow platforms, reporting tools or master-data processes is a plus.
