Operations Support Coordinator

About the role

Aspen Contracting is looking for fast-paced, communication-savvy Operations Support Coordinators to keep its roofing projects running smoothly. You will act as the right hand to the Production Managers, handling calls, emails, schedules and tracking details. The position is onsite in Lee's Summit, MO, on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 50-75 calls and 100+ emails per day using your own phone
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Aspen software to track progress and update spreadsheets
• Coordinate material deliveries and crew schedules
• Process subcontractor payroll every two weeks
• Update project status reports and accounts receivable

Required profile

• Calm under pressure and able to communicate clearly when things move fast
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and talking with internal and external partners
• Highly organized
• Prior experience in admin support, logistics or customer service is a plus

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong Excel skills

• Hourly pay of $18-$20
