Summer 2027 Internship - Sales Support Analyst

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 internship as a Sales Support Analyst in Mahwah, NJ. The intern works on projects that improve how the team operates, communicates and supports the business, with work flexibility onsite. Key responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
• Create training materials and team resources such as guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that improve the employee and customer experience.
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights, tracking key metrics and identifying trends.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements.
• Maintain and improve knowledge management tools so information stays organized, accessible and up to date.
• Take part in project planning and execution, from concept through implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations to help teams monitor performance.
• Test and evaluate new tools, technologies and system enhancements.
• Present findings, recommendations and project updates to team members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour
