Summer 2027 Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

Stryker is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2027 in New Jersey. The internship gives hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions, working with a cross-functional team on projects that cover communications strategies, processes and tools, including Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Tradeshow & Events, Marketing Technology and other commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of Stryker Joint Replacement's digital marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
• Research and monitor industry trends to identify engagement opportunities
• Contribute to projects across a variety of communications initiatives

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management, Communications); must stay enrolled after the internship
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus

What we offer

• $20 minimum to $35 maximum hourly wage
