Portfolio Manager - Knee (Hybrid)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Portfolio Manager for its Knee team in Mahwah, working in a hybrid arrangement. The role helps shape the future of the Partial Knee portfolio by identifying customer needs, supporting new product development and building the business case for commercialization, using research, market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer, patient and market insights into value propositions and growth opportunities
• Use market research, Voice of Customer, competitive intelligence and third-party data to spot trends and opportunities
• Partner across functions through New Product Development, from concept to commercialization
• Build financial business cases and ROI models to support investment decisions
• Develop market assessments, volume forecasts and commercialization strategies
• Work with Product Marketing on go-to-market and launch strategies, and with Clinical Affairs on clinical evidence, publications and messaging
• Lead Product Lifecycle Management activities and develop pricing strategies
• Support sales enablement tools, marketing channels and commercial communications
• Build partnerships across Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Finance, Sales and other functions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required
• MBA preferred
• 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

What we offer

• Pay range of $107,200 - $178,600 USD annually (location-dependent)
• 30% travel percentage
